DRESS: CHILDRENS, SILK WITH LACE TRIM

Subcollections
Overview

Small children's dress made of creamy white silk fabric, with a capelet collar which is heavily adorned with work embroidery that resembles bobbin lace and ties at the front with a drawstring ribbon.

The high waisted or yoke-style bodice has a cotton inner-lining and has two mother-of-pearl buttons to one side of the front opening.

The puffed sleeves are finished with an under layer of ruffled lace of a similar style to the collar.

The lower portion of the skirt is decorated with pintucks that sit above horizontal panels of bobbin lace and is finished with a scalloped lace hemline.

Dress is handmade.
