A coloured photograph of an inside of a building with scout boys standing next to each other in a line. In front of the boys are five adult scouts (or scouters), two females and three males. One of the male scouts has a beard and a pair of glasses. Another male scout is greeting, shaking hand with and congratulate Mrs Nancy Ekert, who has grey hair, a patterned blue dress and a wooden cane, on receiving her Good Service Award. There are a couple of objects on the wall including (left to right) a dark pin board, an opening door with a white sign saying 'No admittance without authorisation' and a wooden board above it, a big white board, a light pin board and a poster above it, an entrance to another area and some more board to the right.
