The card is split into three sections; at the top in two lines of blue typed lettering is "KATANNING AND DISTRICT", "TROTTING CLUB (INC)."; the second section in two lines of blue typed lettering is "MEMBER'S", "TICKET" and in the bottom section in three lines of blue typed lettering is "Season 1954-55", "President: Secretary", "H.R. CONNING T.C.STAYT".

On the back of the card handwritten in blue ink is "Mr J.C. Haddleton".
