Comments: Flooding situation of area (C) - water builds back from flood section as pipe cannot handle water. Suggest some balance between area (A) and (B) with box sections placed at south end of concrete spillway - cut direct to main creek on west side of road. Line from Greg's dam on north east boundary could cut off all intakes from Pattersons and then run parallel to boundary fence turned into main creek after cutting off breakaways from main creek.
