A yellow glossy card with black printing. On the front cover is an abstract black swan with the words "Western Australia 150" on the back of the swan. Underneath the swan is a black and white printed picture of a single storey building. The inside of the card in white paper with black print.

Historical information

This golf score card was produced for the Western Australia 150th Celebrations. The abstract swan on the front cover was the emblem that was used to indicated that the event was to celebrate the 150th anniversary of European settlement in Western Australia. There are four pages to this score card, on the last page is a history of the Katanning Golf Club. The building on the front cover is the Katanning Country Club.
