LAND CLEARING & BURNING
Black and white print taken somewhere in the lower Great Southern, showing previously ring-barked Karri being pushed into heaps and burnt.
The tree-bar or spear fitted to bulldozer for the task, out of shot to the left, can be clearly seen and the line marking where trees had previously been girdled or ring-barked can be made out on the stump centre left.
