Tin of Parsons Cayenne Pepper
1914 - 1949A small circular red tin with a yellow lid, both the lid and bottom of the tin are showing signs of rust.

Details
On the front of the tin is a pale yellow circle with at man carrying a flag in the centre, at the edges of circle are three yellow lines going around the tin.
Above this in yellow lettering is "NETT 1 OZ Parsons" and below the circle is "CAYENNE PEPPER PARSONS PTY. LIMITED MELBOURNE, SYDNEY, BRISBANE, FREMANTLE".
On the back of the tin is a yellow square with red lettering which reads "Parsons PURE GROUND SPICES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE FOLLOWING VARITIES CINNAMON, MACE, CAYENNE, CLOVES, GINGER, TURMERIC, NUTMEGS, ALLSPICE. PAPRIKA.". Below the yellow square in yellow lettering is "PACKAGED BY GADSDEN".
