City of Wanneroo

Overview

A three point shield shaped cloth patch. It has a blue background with letters stitched in black thread, the crest is in red, black and yellow thread and there is a yellow border around the patch. The words across the top, stitched in black thread, are 'CITY OF WANNEROO', downwards on the left side 'PATROL' and 'OFFICER' in a upwards direction on the right side. Two birds, an egret and black swan sit either side of a shield with has three sections. A yellow crown in the top section, next section is two blue wavy lines on a white background and the lower section is a yellow cross on a white background. Above the shield is an echidna, and below the shield is a scrolled ribbon in yellow thread on the front of the ribbon and red thread on the opposite side. The embroidery sits on a background of light blue material with iron-on fabric adhered to the reverse side.
