Overview

Black and white photograph of a large pavilion (at Royal Perth Showgrounds?) or perhaps Metters' factory floor or showroom cleared for the occasion. Several banners are suspended from the roof, the nearest featuring advertisements for Metters' bathroom products. There is a table with a microphone on a low dais in the left foreground with a prominent sign of the Metters' torch logo. In the background at the centre are tables with a few women busy around them, next to a partitioned-off area where a couple of men can be seen. To the right is a stall covered with banners with a group of people inside.
