Inscribed in the centre of the brush back in italics "W - G - B".
From the Silvermakers Mark website (see attached supplement) the hall marks on the clothes brush identify the maker as "S Blanckensee & Son Ltd", a lion passant (indicates 92.5% silver), the three trees identify Chester as the location, the "L" as the date of 1925.
