A pink card with the outline of a black circle with an inner circle and at the top of the outer circle is a crown.

Historical information

On the back of the card is the name "Private L.G. William" no "758", badge number "900". The membership card is dated from the 1/4/1918 to 1/4/1919. He enrolled on the 5th March 1915 and was medically discharged in 3rd March 1916, he served at Gallipoli.
