In the ribbon scroll of the letterhead to the left of the building in italic lettering is "The Westralian" and to the right of the building in italic lettering is "Farmers Limited".
The letter is hand signed in black ink by the District Manager "A.W.G. Philip".
The envelope is addressed to "W.W. Quartermaine, Esq., KATANNING".
