Overview

The Royal Australasian World Atlas . It has 40 maps. Pages torn edges and some loose. Published Nelson and Sons London. Inscribed Mary E Watts Kojonup School July 2nd 1894. It would have been used by Mary at the Pensioner Road School which was opened on March 23rd by Mr F. Watts (Albany). Schooling at the Barracks was between 1863 - 1894. It was recorded that one feature of the Pensioner Road School was the high windows - so that children couldn't look out on the road.
