The letter is commemorating the unveiling of the National Historical Memorial to Admiral Arthur Phill, R.M=N. Founder and First Governor of Australia, and sent this letter and a souvenir booklet.

Details
The letter has the United Kingdom coat of arms (Lion and Unicorn either side of a shield and crown) at the top. Below the title of the letter on the left hand side is a red circle with the letters "FBI" in the centre and around the edge of the circle is " Federation of British Industries" and above the circle is a sailing ship. On the right hand side is the a red circle with the words "Castrol THE OIL THAT CIRCULATE EVERYWHERE" across the circle.
