It is a voting slip for the referendum that the Katanning Road Board to decide whether or not to use the Katanning Town Hall for pictures on Sunday nights. The Referendum lost, 113 votes to 74. At that time pictures were conducted on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights.
