Visit by Eugene J (Red) Doering - 004

Eugene J (Red) Doering, hydrologist from the Northern Great Plains Research Centre in Mandan, North Dakota was a visitor to WISALTS from 21 March to 4 April 1984. Waterlogging and erosion at the corner of a neighbour's property at Springhill. Paddock had not failed previous to this wet winter. All this is fed by two dams, up hill and across the road, which leak all the time. No wonder their crop failed.
