Eugene J (Red) Doering, hydrologist from the Northern Great Plains Research Centre in Mandan, North Dakota was a visitor to WISALTS from 21 March to 4 April 1984. Inspecting the dam on Turner's property at Aldersyde. Note grade bank on right which fills the dam and is then controlled to reach the Avon River.
