COVER, RAIN - P.M.G. POSTMAN'S CAP
A waterproof cap that fits over the top part of the PostMaster-General (PMG) officer's cap.
Charles Cook married Alice Powell, Brian's mother. Charles was the postman out of Armadale post office, from the end of World War II to 1974. When he rode his bike around he would blow his wistle outside of a home to let the residents know there was post for them. He did this for the last time in 1974. He and Alice lived on Tudor road.
