W Garrity was selected as a coach for the team and did not shoot for the team. Coaches have a hands on role in team competitions. Their role is to observe wind conditions, adjust or instruct the shooter to adjust the rifle sights to account for wind strength and direction, and to instruct the shooter when to squeeze the trigger.
