A black and white photograph of an 'introduction' page regarding the creation of the Festival of Subiaco, held in 1971 .
The text describes Radio 6PM's affiliation and working relationship with the festival and other community organizations. Radio 6PM's General Manager George Chapman, moved a motion on July 14th 1971 at the Community Service Committee meeting of the Subiaco Rotary Club to co-ordinate and initiate the formation of the festival with the council and various other organizations, businesses, individuals and community organizations.

Handwritten label: in lead pencil 'P834-20.'

May belong to the 6PM Radio Station company or an employee of the company involved in the 'Festival of Subiaco' held in 1971. Several pages mention the success and focuses on the contribution of Radio 6PM.
Photograph's may belong to a company dossier of the station's participation and contribution to the festival in support of a nomination for a Community Service Award in Broadcasting.
