Badgebup Voluntary Defence Corp
1940A sepia photograph of three rows of men dressed in long sleeved shirts (some have them rolled up), long trousers and most of the men are wearing hats. There are seven men kneeling in the front row holding rifles and there is one man in a white long sleeved shirt resting his hands on his gun. There is a tin shed behind the men and two cars in the background on the left.
This is the only known photograph of the Badgebup Defence Corp. The group was formed for special training in the district.
