Historical information

In 1940a school in Victoria began a trial to asses the value of the Norwegiandesigned Oslo lunch ---a salad sandwich on wholemeal bread a bottle of milk & a piece of fruit .The trial showed that children eating the Oslo lunch gained weight had more energy & that their scratches & cuts healed faster . Merredin established a Oslo lunch building on Duff st behind the North Merredin School now the Library in 1960s ?
