In 1934 Western Division was formed ; in 1945 it was divided into Western and Central Divisions and in 1953 Western Division was divided and Wongan Division was formed and continued until 1996.
In 1979 Branches included were: Ballidu; Buntine; Burakin; Cadoux; Dalwallinu; Dowerin; Goomalling;Jibberding; Kalannie; Kondut; Konnongorring; Pithara; West Ballidu; Wongan Hills; Wubin.

In 1985 all Divisions produced tea towels as a fundraiser and these were brought along to State Conference at Esperance for display.
