Overview

Cream cover with black lettering and illustrated Coat of Arms (British) lower part of cover. Compiled in the Government Statistician's Office from Official Returns being a List of the Officers of the Administrative, Legislative, and Civil Establishments.Presented to both Houses of Parliament by His Exellency's Command. Memorandum: Part XXIII. Of the 'Statistical Register', issued for the Years 1896 and 1897 respectively, contains similar information for those years to that published in what is now known as 'The Blue Book,' 110 pages, Table of contents and Aphabetical list of Officers. At top right hand corner of front cover is written 'Robert Stephens' . Attached to title page is Addendum: Page 28 and Item No 31 on page 97 last column.
