Coloured photograph of the Matthews Netball Centre building circa 1970s. The building has brown/orange coloured bricks and a green corrugated tinn roof. The pathway leading to the entrance of the building is concrete and has a light post in the centre of it. The grass courts can be seen in the surrounds of the building.
Historical information
The name of the building changed from the Matthews Basket Ball Centre to the Matthews Netball Centre sometime after 1970, after the name of the sport was officially changed from women's basket ball to netball.
