PHOTOGRAPH: HOUSE AT 69 DENIS STREET, SUBIACO
c. 1988The photograph shows a double-storey brick house under construction featuring an upper balcony and a low wall in front using the same bricks with short pillars. The house is still under construction. There are three 'new' double-storey terrace houses next door with wrought iron upper balconies and detail. A section of an older style home is shown in the bottom right hand corner of the photograph. A workman's yellow van is parked in the street outside the house.
It is interesting to note the three different architectural styles side by side in Denis Street.
