Re-enactment of Ceremony Foundation of Perth
c. 1929A white pamphlet with brown print, on the front cover are a St. George's Cross on a shield, in the first quarter is a black swan and in the fourth quarter is a Scottish escutcheon with a Holy Lamb. There is a crown which surmounts the shield and there are two black swans supporting the shield. There is a scroll underneath with the word "FLOREAT" in the centre.
The pamphlet has the coat of arms of Perth, Western Australia on the front cover. The motto on the scroll "FLOREAT" means to flourish or prosper.

On the back cover of the pamphlet is a picture of the Perth Town Hall under construction in 1868.
