WHISK: WIRE, BULB SHAPE
Whisk consisting of a bunch of wires passed through a perforated metal disk and curving back. The whisk is bulb-shaped in outline. The wires are held together by another wire wound tightly around them, thus forming a handle. There is a loop at the end of the handle by which the whisk may be suspended. Used to rapidly whip cream, eggs etc. to a froth.
