A set of Salter's Spring Scales with tray attached by chains.The Scales have a metal ring at the top for attaching to a fixed beam. The face of the scales in marked our to 200 pounds and a needle is attached. The tray can be connected by a hook and chain to a ring at the base of the scales. The scales do not function
