Overview

A coloured photograph of Rokeby Road facing South from between Barker Road and Hay Street. The photograph was taken from the footpath on the right side of the road. The part of the footpath closest to the road has been torn up, and is sectioned off with orange safety bunting. There are many pedestrians walking along the remaining footpath. Prominent shopfronts on this side of the road read 'FISH & CHIPS', 'LUCY PARROT ANTIQUES' and 'Antoine's LEBANESE CAFE'. In the bottom right corner of the image a red date stamp reads '9 6 '88'.

Reverse: A typed label reads 'ROKEBY ROAD UPGRADING, HAY STREET TO BARKER ROAD, 9 JUNE 1988'.
