Historical information

The Royal Australian Corps of Signals (RASigs) is one of the combat support corps in the Australian Army. Their role is to provide communications, information systems, and electronic warfare support. The corps motto, “Certa Cito”, translates to “Swift and Sure”, emphasizing the importance of rapid and reliable communication. The RASigs’ flag and hat badge feature Mercury, the winged messenger of the gods, affectionately known as “Jimmy” by corps members
