Overview

This correspondence contains details of the negotiations in July 1994 with the City of Melville for the land lease on which the MGGC golf club exists.

The General Manager presents alternative options for adopting the new lease offer in relation to other financial commitments of the club.

The outcome of this offer is addressed in Newsletter March 1995 (Item 2022.176) which states that the existing lease was to be continued until it expired in 1998.
