At the top of the piece of paper in black typed ink is "SECOND-HAND DEALERS ACT, 1906 (as amended)" and underneath is "LICENSE No 25749".
The handwritten name on the license is "LINDSAY MORGAN WAKE", the address of the business is "25 RICHARDSON ST, KATANNING", granted at "KATANNING", dated "3rd day of FEBRUARY 1976".
The piece of paper is the signature of the Stipendiary Magistrate but it is ineligible.
