City of Wanneroo Coasters

Overview

Shallow, square, white and black cardboard lid. Thick white cardboard folded into a square as a box base. The outside of the lid is black and has a textured surface. In the bottom right corner is shiny gold motif of a triangle with a stylised kangaroo inside. Underneath in small gold lettering is 'AUSTRALIAN MADE'. Six identical, small, square, gold metal, City of Wanneroo coasters. Thin gold metal square with rounded edges. On the front is a thin shiny gold border with the matte gold centre. Written across the top in raised, shiny gold letters is 'CITY OF WANNEROO'. Underneath, covering the majority of the coaster, is a raised, shiny gold, stylised crest with two tall water birds holding a shield between them with the helmet and ribbon motif on top. Underneath the shield is a small scroll with 'NOT FOR ONE BUT FOR ALL' written across. The backs of the coasters are covered in a single piece of royal blue felt.

Donor is a councillor of the City of Wanneroo. These items were given to her as presents.
