Surveyor's Report on WISALTS Soil Conservation System created by P (Phil) Mincherton.

Comments: (1) Deeper sand top soil. Carry moisture. All banks ending on fence lines to be 30 metres from fence. (2) Possible gravel seam. Dig right out.

Review Comments: The pencilled line was the first alternative, but the breaks are in deeper sand.
