Surveyors Report on WISALTS Conservation System created by I (Ian) Gilmour.

Comments: Objective - to increase production and reclaim static area. Banks must overload in a southerly direction. If banks overload into static zone pipe must be laid under VP (vehicle pass) and bank installed to culvert. For static zone to be reclaimed completely bottom bank must be completed. (A) Vehicle passes are to "C Horizon" all other VPs (vehicle passes) are stop start. Barrier on throughflow. Soil - sand over clay or conglomerate in good condition.
