Image: Mr Hayward sits at a desk with pen in hand. He is dressed in casual shirt with pattern at lower edge and dark trousers. He is wearing dark-rimmed spectacles. Behind him is a wooden display unit with open shelves. On display is a display of oriental china, several elephants and a sailing ship. There is a loud speaker beside the display unit with an oriental statue on the top. Behind the statue a patterned curtain covers window with valance with fern pattern. Hanging in front of valance is a row of artificial flowers.
Reverse: Sticker reads 'Jack Hayward'.
