"H" Crossing, Mundijong
With the building of the Armadale to Bunbury rail line in 1893, sidings were established to give settlers who had established properties along the Serpentine River access to the railway line. Mundijong, then Manjedal, was one of these. The line crossed the Jarrahdale-Rockingham timberline at the H crossing. When the timberline was demolished the crossing was removed and placed at the Railway Museum in Bassendean, W.A. A replica is now displayed near its original position on the south side of the Mundijong Park Railway Reserve.
