Historical information

Spaniard Alejandro (Andrew) Poncio Torrent arrived in Morawa in the mid 1950s, bringing a taste of Europe to the Mid West farming township. Andy, as he became known locally, set up a store, cafe, roadhouse and cool drink factory. He printed his pricelists himself on his own printing machine.
