The chest comprises four drawers, the bottom two of which occupy a level each.
The third level comprises two smaller (but equal size) drawers.
Each drawer has a keyhole.
The bottom two drawers have two knobs, while the two smaller drawers have one knob each.
The top (fourth) level of the chest is a tray, the width of the drawers beneath.
The base of the chest has two crescent shaped indentations.
