Overview

Coloured image of King Edward Memorial Hospital For Women. Image shows the front of King Edward Memorial Hospital. There is a front entrance in the Federation Romanesque revival style, with a large central arched entrance between domed turrets under a stone pediment. The arch way is tiled in green tiles. There are windows above the entrance and to the sides. The building is brick in two different colours. There is a curved brick wall in the foreground, with directional signs for Agnes Walsh House, Family Birth Centre, Carson House, Centenary Clinic, Hensman Road Clinic Pathology, Health Information Resource Service. There are large trees and a parked car at front of the building. Two people are near the entrance and a taxi is parked at the entrance. There is a sign for Emergency Obstetrics and Gynaecology only on the left.
