LIVE ENTERTAINMENT. Above the front entrance the name Subiaco Pavilion is displayed in blue and white to the side of the front door.

The building has a red and white striped corrugated metal verandah running along the exterior. There are coloured flags attached to the top of the building. There is a street sign which reads Rokeby Road and below this a larger sign that reads Subiaco Centre. There are wooden benches and litter bins on the footpath outside the building. There are large trees visible on Roberts Road in the background. There is a Telstra telephone box in the distance.
