Synthesis (1986)

Stand alone sculpture - figurative

Historical information

Synthesis is a figurative bronze created and cast by the late Bill Jeffrey. Bill was a landholder in Wanneroo and ran a number of successful agricultural businesses. He was President of the Wanneroo Business Association. At 50, Bill enrolled in Art School and so began a prolific and successful second career as a sculptor. This statue was originally installed at Charles Searson Park in 1991. It was relocated to its current location out the front of the Wanneroo Community Centre in 2006 to make way for the new shopping centre.
