A black hard covered book with leather spine and corner protectors which have a leaf pattern as a border.

Historical information

The minutes are all handwritten in blue or black ink and are hand signed and dated by the chairperson. The members of the committee were; J.F. Wanke (Chairperson), W.P. Bird, A.L. Gilbert, A.G. Hobbs, W.E. Richmond, A.A. Stevens, W.J. Filmer, G. McIntyre, A.E. Crouch (Secretary).
