Thelma Edith Stade married Ernest Taylor on the 15th March 1939 in the Anglican Church in Victoria Park, Perth, Western Australia. Thelma was a home dress maker, and they had two children, Helen and David. Thelma was the eldest sister of Louis Stade.

On the front of the folder is a dark brown and gold sticker with the following gold printed words ' C.L. Bardwell Clake SHEFFIELD HOUSE PERTH.
On the inside front cover of the folder at the bottom right hand corner is handwritten in black ink 'Dear Mum With All My love Thel'
On the bottom of the photograph itself handwritten in light black ink is 'CL. Bardwell'
