Overview

The black and white promotional photograph features the Perth Hospital kitchen showing two batteries of four ovens each, against a tiled wall and one battery of two ovens against the adjacent tiled wall. There is a sink to the left and a metal box placed in front of it. A huge 'copper' complete with dipper is half visible on the left side of the photograph. Gas and water pipelines to the equipment are shown externally around the kitchen walls.
REVERSE: Handwritten in ink: 'Steam Cookers put in Perth Hospital August 1931'.
