The Youth Conference was held in Katanning 17th September 1969 in the CWA Hall, Katanning. The topic under discussion was 'Youth Unrest', the book introduces the delegates, officers and organisers.

On the cover of the booklet in black lettering is "Final Summary". Below this is a black outline square with the following in rows of black typed lettering "KATANNING ASSOCIATED YOUTH ADVISORY COUNCIL", "GREAT SOUTHER", "YOUTH SEMINAR", "WEDNESDAY, 17TH SEPTEMBER, 1969", "TOPIC: 'YOUTH UNREST'", "The current phenomenon of discontent seems world wide, and the simmering distress and uneasiness"
