Sepia/Black and white photograph of a group of people on a stage. The stage set shows a house in the background and there is a trellis on either side and the top of the stage with what appears to be ivy.
Listed as Girls' Operetta probably 1928
Reverse: Written in blue ink on the reverse are the performers names 'On left: Joyce Eastmon, Chrissie Piper, Edith Arthur, Mavis Strongman, Bonnie Ives, Desma Eastmon Edna Strack Phyllis Jones, Ruth Peters, Miss Bradshaw, Gladys Hunt, Bessie Ives, Hilda Strongmon, Jessie Olifent; centre: Marcia Eastmon, Edith Arthur, Evelyn Borman, Mary Weedon, Ella Munyard; right: Mavis Strongman, Bor?, Bonnie Ives, Evelyn Eastmon, Bessie Jones, Gladys Eastmon, Mona Strongman, Doria Hunt, Dulcie Nettleton.

Historical information

Album of photographs brown plastic with 'gold' border design and non archival plastic inserts. Album to be replaced. Label on album 'Pictorial record 1924-1979'. Removed from original album and placed in archival album April 2005.
Records split in 2024 and assigned individual numbers.
Derby Road Corner - Note from Album 'Old Church was Erected 1917, Present Church 1932. The vacant block beyond the old building was later sold to assist with finance for the hall erected in 1962'.
