Contextual information

Lionel Ainsworth was a stalwart of country rifle shooting regularly selected for club, district and state team service. While never winning a WA King's/Queen's prize he was often placed in the top 20 and won the Grand Aggregate (effectively making him state champion) in 1935 while a member of the Babakin-Billbarrin rifle club.
