Property of RD (Dave) and AM Willson, Kingscote, South Australia, Australia - 007
Two tractors filling in the trench. This 20 foot pipe was set in the deepest part of the trench to monitor pressure. It is packed with blue metal in a bucket with holes punched in, to let the water in and rust out, leaving the pipe bedded in the blue metal. Next morning there was 11 feet of water in the pipe.
